About
My passion for photography started at an early age, taking Polaroids of a little creek in my backyard in New Jersey. Wanting to follow my passion in college, I went to Pratt Institute, in Brooklyn, New York. There I earned a BFA degree in photography, with honors (1999). Later I returned to school to earn a Master’s degree at Bard College, Annandale-on-Hudson, New York (2006). I also studied independently in a Master Class with Stephen Shore (2004–2005).
My photographs have been exhibited internationally and collected privately. A few institutional and advertising clients include: The National Film School of Denmark (photographing Martin Scorsese), Olmsted Plein Air Festival, Georgia Dental Association, Simon’s Rock College of Bard, Creative Resource Exchange NPO, Wasam clothing company, design firm 2×4, and The Etruscan Museum of the city of Cortona. I have taught photography for the University of Georgia Studies Abroad Program in Cortona, Italy, Rutgers University, and Pratt Institute.
I’m also an avid traveller and mom to a tremendously fun little blonde boy.
Based in Atlanta, Georgia, travels worldwide.
